Its location was marvellous and beautiful to the old town in Annecy.

The hotel is definitely recommended to anyone. All the staff members are good and kind.

Make sure you stay in the twin room with modern facilities. The location is central.

Exceptionally comfortable accommodation with fantastic setting adjacent to centre as well as the lake, Croissants & Cappucino Caramel for breakfast. The double room with terrasse and a great shower plus the bathroom. Breakfast for all tastes.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Peaceful location with parking on site. Plenty of brilliant options for meal. Very amiable, excellent staff towards all guests.

The stay was thoroughly enjoyable; nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent, the parking was onsite, the room was a nice size and air conditioned. The hotel was nicely appointed and recently refurbished and in a central location short walk to the promenade of the Lac, downtown in 30 mnts top and the restaurant. The staff were all excellent and amicable.

The location was marvellous and particularly good: the main shopping centre and a supermarket were within walking distance. The staff, everyone, was nice!

When I am in Annecy, I like staying here. This is a hip new fairly clean hotel providing well-appointed rooms. The staff are excellent, managed the parking onsite. The location is lovely, just next door to the lake and a stroll to the Old town for evening dinner, Les Muses and Marie and the main centre, you cannot beat it. A renowned bar does the trick.

Satisfactory breakfast with local products and with excellent food available. Good and beautiful location when travelling to Annecy...

Our room had a nice patio with a lovely view. The location was great, just a short walk to the lake. The staff were helpful and managed to find us an alternative room when we had an issue with the lock. I would recommend this hotel for its location and helpful staff.

The location is superb, mts from Lac Annecy in Annecy le Vieux.

The facilities are quite run down. The door to the bathroom didn't close properly and the lights in the bathroom flickered fiercely, so much so that I had to turn them off from fear I would be somewhat electrocuted, I complained about this issue but nothing was done. I showered in the dark! The first receptionist wasn't very welcoming and when I asked for towels (because the room wasn't ready, we checked in before check in time) she told me I had to wait! I've stayed at many hotels and this is the first time I was denied towels...

Free car parking available. Convenient wet room and modern bathroom. Friendly English-speaking receptionists. Good location next to the lake. 30-minute walk to city center.

A good car park.

No one at reception when we arrived. Took over an hour to get two extra pillows. Room was small with only one chair. Left a silver Watermans Pen and Biro with my writing materials and the pen and biro disappeared, they were a gift from my daughter. I did not report this at the time because I wanted to be sure that I had not misplaced them in my luggage but after a careful search on our return home they are not to be found. As I write a daily diary I know that the last time I used them was at the Marina Bay. The lift was out of order so we had to carry bags up the stairs. The corridor was very dark as the lights did not switch on automatically.
